Unfortunately, coaching isn’t typically covered by insurance, as it’s not considered a medical service. However, I’d be happy to provide an invoice if you’d like to check with your provider about reimbursement options.

Payments can be made through my secure online platform when booking your coaching package. I also offer payment plans for select packages to make coaching more accessible.

The free consultation is a 30-minute session to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a coach. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if my coaching style feels like a good fit.

It depends on your goals and needs. My coaching engagements start with a minimum of three months, as meaningful change takes time. You can also choose six- or twelve-month packages if you want to work on bigger goals or continue refining your focus over time.

I primarily offer sessions virtually to keep things flexible and convenient for my clients, but if you’re in the Atlanta area and prefer meeting face-to-face, we can explore options.

No, I don’t record sessions. This ensures your privacy and helps create a safe space for open and honest conversations. Instead, we focus on being fully present in the moment, capturing insights and strategies as we go.
